Responsibilities relating to creation, tracking, and reporting of Quality Metrics for the Wisconsin Operations of Global Faucets. Yellow Belt Training and Six Sigma projects to aid in improving the metrics being reported. Part of an initiative to report the correct metrics and work on improving those correct metrics.

Overseeing the Quality Department of the Wisconsin Faucets Operations Assembly area. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Yellow Belt Instructor and Certified Green Belt Instructor. Trained 208 Yellow Belts and 35 Green Belts with 20 of the Green Belts receiving certification.Extensive background in Aluminum and Brass casting in the areas of high pressure, low pressure and gravity casting.

Worked in several areas beginning at Kohler Co. as a Tool Designer specializing in Diecast, Low Pressure Cast, and Gravity Cast tooling.Later worked on Continuous Improvement projects upon receiving certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Die design for Aluminum semi-permanent mold. Fixture design for machining operations and some simple machines for special operations and leak detection.

Coordination of the manufacture of aluminum diecast dies with own and outside toolshops as well as overseeing the sample process to make all product to print.
