Led 4Over Trade Printer’s international expansion into Canada successfully starting up a greenfield site in two years;Implemented a three shift operation including press, finishing, packaging, logistics and large format production;Grew customer base to quadruple digits across Canada;Established new products quicker than any of the other 4Over plant.

A dynamic senior executive team member instrumental in the turn-around of plastic card manufacturing and fulfillment operations supplying major banks, affinity clubs and retailers. With a broad scope of responsibilities, including P & L, sales development, change management, logistics & materials, process improvement, and major project implementation.

Leading a team from start-up, the key areas of focus were organizational design, process engineering, and systems design in all areas of the business including strategic planning, marketing, sales development, service contracts, HR policies, quality and environmental systems, capital project leadership.

Commencing as a Digital Service Technologist holding progressive leadership roles (11 in total) throughout various areas of this national newspaper publisher, in an industry going through wholesale changes in the dissemination of news ending as the Director of Production which entailed the management of the daily production of newspapers across Canada.
