As a part of my university studies, I independently planned and executed a project where I investigated, identified room for improvement, and gave recommendations on how GreenlightPM could improve their branding efforts and marketing communication activities. An important aspect was to ensure that the branding efforts were aligned with the strategic positioning of the company. I conducted a companywide survey and interviewed several key customers. The project had a strict time constraint, therefore managing the time and making decisions efficiently was of utmost importance. The project led to employment after I finished my studies and part of my responsibilities at GreenlightPM has been to implement the recommendations that came out as a result from the thesis project.Erasmus scholarship.

I managed a project focusing on analysing the market where Ragn-Sells is present. Responsibilities included planning of the project, identification of stakeholders, definition of scope, and execution. The project required interaction with a variety of stakeholder, ranging from the CEO to garbage truck drivers. The project included among other activities:- Determining how to best measure and define the market shares of actors on the market- Gather market information about all regions in Sweden- Determining how to store and present the results (Interactive map)The project was carried out as part of a traineeship and was considered a success. I presented the results to the CEO and senior management of the company and received great appraisals and letter of recommendation. After the traineeship I was recruited for another project at Ragn-Sells where I was responsible for data processing.
