Attracting 800+ festival organisers from Europe and the UK as delegates, the IFF plays host to multiple conference sessions and a variety of artist showcases, designated by the UK’s leading music agencies.Role:- Oversee all aspects of preproduction for live events- Schedule and manage the logistics for 60+ acts during each IFF, from singer songwriters to large bands - Work with artist agents and management to coordinate sound checks, performances and production - Manage a team of 12 production crew at four different venues- Event management for the duration to ensure all acts are informed and show runs to time
