Sinds november 2020 ben ik (parttime) actief voor PPO. Eerst als mede-directie lid maar sinds juni 2021 in een vrijere rol ter ondersteuning van de directie en het team van ontwikkelaars. Dit combineerde ik met eigen adviesactiviteiten. PPO is een dynamische, daadkrachtige en onafhankelijke ontwikkelaar, die zich bezighoudt met de (her-)ontwikkeling van binnenstedelijke gebieden en uitbreidingslocaties. PPO is onderdeel van Stegron, een investeringsmaatschappij en vastgoedbelegger waartoe ook modulaire woningbouwer Barli behoort.

As managing director I was responsible for Sprangers ILDC B.V. I also joined the group management board to support other activities. Sprangers was a renowned construction group, established in 1796, and active in residential, commercial and industrial real estate. We developed and constructed projects for logistic, industrial, commercial clients, governments, authorities as residential & leisure projects as well. Unfortunately all group activities have been terminated due to financial difficulties at some projects of Sprangers Construction, although most of the group activities were sound and should be able to perform for many years. ILDC was the succesfull and profitable branch specialized in logistic & industrial projects.

Responsible for commercial and consultancy activities at Archicom, a former ‘boutique’ consultancy and engineering firm, specialized in advisory related to strategic investments, business development, business optimization and real estate projects for industrial and logistic clients. Advisor to investors, directors and authorities at strategic level. As projectmanager involved in multiple large investment projects for land aquisition, zoning & permitting, engineering, construction and installation activities till start of commercial production.Archicom B.V. was founded in 1986 in the Netherlands and served a niche in the market which was the combination of a threefold portfolio consisting of consultancy, archineering (architecture & engineering services) and management. The consultancy department focused on advising clients on how to improve their business processes and layout. It proposed business optimising solutions to their clients and new layouts for their (future) facilities. Secondly, the archineering department provided outlines and designs of facilities to customers after carefully considering their wishes. Finally, the management department consisted of applying technical, physical and mathematical knowledge in order to utilize and direct resources in the construction process of the client’s facility.Between 2012 and 2017 Archicom was part of Dura Vermeer Group, the engineering activities are continued by Vicoma Engineering now.
