• Preparation - At the start of the night coming into work and setting up all the DJ equipment and lighting. • Making sure the club is ready to open and replacing any lights that need fixing as well as checking all the sound equipment is working.• Controlling all the Lights, Lasers and LED Screens in the club and creating a light show so that fits in time with the music and creates a atmosphere so that customers have a enjoyable experience.• Computer Skills – operating 3 computers at the same time to control the lighting effects as well as programing and mapping lighting effects.

• Customer Service - serving customers in a friendly and talkative manner making sure they are served the correct product they have requested as well as trying to entice them into purchasing extra products that are on offer or products that managers have requested us to promote.• Numeracy skills – Responsible for cashing up at the end of the night, making sure all money is accounted for and is then safely passed on to management. Also stock checks, counting stock and putting the information into a spread sheet.• Working as a team – when working with other people it was important to talk to other staff members to make sure everything was in order so that everyone could perform their job correctly.

• Packaging - creating packaging and making sure parts are boxed up in a secure and safe way to allow them to be transported daily to various aerospace companies around the UK & Europe.• Labelling – using a computerised mailing system to create individual labels for each part so they are sent to the correct company• Deliveries & Deadlines – meeting the demands of having all the correct parts ready to ship on a morning these could range from 100 to 1000 parts depending on the order.• Physical demand – been able to pack for delivery large parts, such as components used in aerospace sectors, so that the parts were undamaged and that the components were handled in a safe manner.
