Created process and buy-in from Legal, Finance and Inventory departments for company-wide capital expense tracking, cutting administrative overhead. Planned and implemented ingenuous Disaster Recovery plan with only $1 million capital spend.Integrated backend systems servicing multiple consumer and business products to cut costs and speed-up product development by leveraging common infrastructure.Formalized system engineering disciplines into the architecture, testing, deployment and maintenance of all customer facing systems and projects.
