After running the office and growing the company to 60 agents we then opened and second franchise in 2008 in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach. These two Exit Realty franchises are currently open and operational and are poised for more growth. I have also opened a full service Property Management company which has a portfolio of 40 homes. I oversee the entire operation of both the Real Estate franchises and the property management companyI have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. I have completed the Broker Owner course at Exit Realty Corp. International. I'm a member of the National Association of residential property managers. I'm the treasurer of the Virginia state chapter of narpm.
I owned and Managed a Subway Restaurant for Almost 10 years. I always received high ratings for cleanliness and accuracy of operations. In 2005 I purchased a second franchise inside Lynnhaven mall. I Managed both operations for four years. I then sold the restaurants in early 2009 to pursue an Exit Realty Franchise.I completed the two week franchisee training course held at Subway's Corp. Headquarters.

I was the manager of the car wash department and supervised approximately 35+ employees. I took inventory on a weekly basis and checked all the equipment on a daily basis. I handled any customer complaints and would do my best to correct any mistakes.
