Delivered recruitment projects across industrial sectors, with a focus on Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, and Energy.Highlights:• Part of the management team responsible for the Master Vendor Agreement with one of the largest oil refineries in the UK. - Stakeholder management (Engineering, Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and SLT) - Running multiple searches concurrently - On-site presence, working as an extension to the internal HR function - Contract negotiations with 3rd party suppliers • Worked in partnership with a client through their start-up of a brand new €300 million paper manufacturing facility in the UK.
