I discussed all the employee's daily productive and non-productive activities with The State to ensure their government funding/grants tracking, and reporting are met. I reviewed the customer's HR requirements that extend into voluntary PTO and involuntary FMLA leave management for compliance with local, state and federal policies. I provided the technical configurations, testing and training to Kronos Enterprise customers to meet payroll deadlines for the State government and all their agencies centralizing the HRIS & Payroll system.I served as the primary support liaison between Kronos and the customers by conveying the feedback of the clients to Product Development to further enhance Kronos system. The meetings include the integrations between The Raiser's Edge & The Financial Edge. I conducted the business requirement gathering for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Receipts. Student Billing, Allocation Management, and I also worked with the Development Department implementing their fundraising strategies and Client Relationship Management system. I created the project plans and reviewed with the project team. I conducted the design sessions with the leading staff members and provided end-user training and support. I work with the CFO to translate and migrate the legacy historical accounting data into The Financial Edge. I continuously work with our internal and external customers to troubleshoot issues. I created the functionality between existing modules and customizations identified in the SOW. I have coordinated the Blackbaud software updates and implications with the end users including facilitating change management.Software Instructor - responsible for the delivery of quality software training to over 15,000 Blackbaud’s clients throughout North America. I trained in all of The Financial Edge and The Raiser's Edge modules and offerings through the adult learning theory and principles.
