Charge of Controlling and finance. Key tasks: leading finance team, management reporting, analysis, budgets and estimates, charge of pricing and demand planning processes, development projects such as Qlikview (Bi-tool) and a new ERP implementation. I was member of ERP project group and I did manage many areas of the project.

Charge of business controlling. Team of three persons in charge of analysis, reporting, pricing, business management support, budgeting and estimates as well as tasks in monthly statutory closing regarding G/L. Beside superior role I have been acting as a business controller in Marketing (includes also product and supplier management) industry and utility sales.

Charge of Pricing processes and list price matrix, analysis and business controlling activities in marketing and supplier management. I led five pricing teams. Other tasks related to budgeting and gross margin management.

Controller: Charge of financial administration of PartyLite oy (markets in Finland and Sweden). Superior of nordic accounting team. reporting (Management, internal & External); analysis; budgeting; statutory financial statements; sox compliance. I also compiled statutory closing pulling together Swedish and Finnsih G/L accounts.

Internal reporting for the Swedish Business Unit. Most important tasks: internal reporting, analysis, budgeting and rolling forecasts, accounting, VAT reporting, balance sheet reconciliations
