I'm the development manager of Savings bank's CRM processes and platform. I work closely with the Savings bank centralized functions, banks and development teams to together define the key needs and priorities and form them into actionable development. The CRM track is part of a major digitalization initiative ongoing in Savings Bank.My goal is to understand the needs of both the customers and the internal employees in their daily business to reflect that in the prioritization of the development. Ultimately, to enable the utilization of new digital concepts and modern tools to increase both customer and employee experience.

My role was to lead the development of the common CRM platform and the practices around it including the centralized development standards, solution architecture, release management and integration development. I worked with the business-based development teams to ensure and support alignment and find synergy in the common solutions.

I worked as a project- and account manager / consultant for enterprise customers. I closed multiple deals successfully for new key accounts, drove these sales projects and to created pre-sales concepts. In the implementation phases, I aimed to make most out of the technology and tools at disposal to find new ways to do things digitally and planned and led multiple projects. Compared to my previous employment, I moved towards business and solution architectural responsibilities.My key focus was in customer-, sales-, contract- and marketing processes. The tools of implementation were mostly Microsoft, especially Dynamics and Power Platform related, but have also included other technologies like Azure, IAM, ESB platforms, mobile- and custom frontends and productivity tools. I was also a coach in the coaching network consisting of our senior employees. I received positive feedback from my coachees for helping them in their career planning. In addition, I led the Power Platform virtual team.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects on the CRM modules (CE), especially Sales & Marketing.My day-to-day work and responsibilities consisted mostly of consulting, project management, specifications, customizations and training.

Scalable sales, partner activies and account management in corporate accounts segment.

I wrote my master's thesis "Digital Transformation of Municipal Services in Finland" for Mepco during my employment and worked in the marketing team.My main responsibilities were in finding target groups and developing the overall marketing communication sent to them, designing events, mailings and surveys and creating different reports to management. The day-to-day tasks included wide use of MS Dynamics CRM.

Second summer employment at TeliaSonera; substituting the system managers during their vacations.

My main responsibilities at TeliaSonera billing IT were maintenance and development of operative billing systems. This included working closely with outside software provider partners, participating in development and coordination related tasks and substituting the system managers during their vacations.
