As a Legal Adviser for Federation of Finnish Enterprises I helped member entrepreneurs and companies to solve their legal problems regarding mainly Labour and Contract Legislation. This task was very demanding and it required good problem solving skills and social skills.

My task as a Trainee was to create a database on the Finnish Court of Appeal’s decisions regarding sexual equality and Co-operation Acts, and to assist lawyers with the cases regarding Labour Legislation. In addition, I created a summary database on TIKLI’s cases in the Court of Appeal. Furthermore, I updated the intranet guides for employers regarding different aspects of Labour Legislation.

As Trainee I assisted advocetes with various cases by gathering information, drawing up memos and translating documents. In addition, I was responsible for our clients’ legal aid. I also dealt with the office’s everyday errands with our secretary.

My assignments as a visual merchandiser consisted of looking after Helsinki Flagship store's outward appearance. I was also part of the store’s management group. Furthermore, I took part in training and supervising the staff, which required good communication and social skills. Due to the hectic and challenging environment, a good sense of responsibility and initiative were also needed.
