• Providing leadership, change and innovation for one of the largest political foundations/think-tanks in Europe and its research, advisory, communication, and event activities; • Re-elected multiple times to manage an organisation of 27 members staff and €6.8 million annual budget; • Responsible for the conceptualisation and implementation of award winning activities in 28 EU Member States, with more than 50 member organisations and partners.

• Founding Director, elected as the responsible for the daily management of the organisation, setting-up and launching the official think-tank and officially EU recognized European political foundation of the European People’s Party (EPP), largest political force in Europe;• Creating legal basis and framework for a new organisation and its activities, HR policies and finances;• Ensuring the growth of the organisation by securing the budget and establishing and building relationships with new members and business partners.

• Founding and daily management of an Academic Policy Journal, launched by the European People’s Party, 2007 onwards managed by the CES (later Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies). The journal is published by SAGE Publishing, one of the largest international publishing houses.

• Providing advice and counselling on Economic and Social policy issues to the EPP Member parties and actors;• Launching the Policy journal of the European People's party and coordinating related research and articles, negotiating and managing the relations with international publishers; • Preparation of the launch of the political foundations of the European People's Party.

• Providing strategic advice and political counselling to the EPP member organisations; • Managing the daily work of four permanent EPP working groups, which gathered together 120 European politicians on topics of economy, security, campaign management and agriculture;• Writing draft resolutions, speeches and policy analysis on economics, social policy and EU and national politics.
