Responsiblities:1. Manage liquidity of the Company, plan and make transactions on the money market to meet the needs of cashflow for business activities2. Plan and Perform transactions: valuable papers investment, loans, repos,... on the money market, based on the principles of efficiency and risk management3. Build and manage relationships and credit lines with onshore and offshore financial institutions

Balance Sheet Management- Manage and coordinate the Balance Sheet following the Company's business strategy and comply with laws and internal regulations, balance between efficiency and risk management- Manage Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP): build and apply FTP to departments within the Company, use FTP to coordinate the Balance Sheet according to business strategy- Analyze and propose ideas to improve the efficiency of the Balance Sheet business to the Board of Directors- Consolidate and review the Company's business plan and submit to the Board of Directors2. Financial management tasks- Build templates and perform financial management reports on balance sheets, products, sales channels,... as required by the Board of Directors- Analyze and evaluate the stock market and competitors from a financial perspective, and report to the Board of Directors3. Other tasks as required

Perform Compliance Report- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations- Coordinate with independent auditors to audit/review financial statement- Work with other auditors, inspectors, and tax authorities about the Company's financial situation3. Financial management tasks- Build templates and perform financial management reports on balance sheets, products, sales channels,... as required by the Board of Directors- Analyze and evaluate the stock market and competitors from a financial perspective, and report to the Board of Directors- Monitor and control the Balance Sheet, ensuring financial ratios and indicators compliance according to legal regulations and internal regulations4.
