Responsiblities:1. Manage liquidity of the Company, plan and make transactions on the money market to meet the needs of cashflow for business activities2. Plan and Perform transactions: valuable papers investment, loans, repos,... on the money market, based on the principles of efficiency and risk management3. Build and manage relationships and credit lines with onshore and offshore financial institutions

Responsibilites:1. Balance Sheet Management- Manage and coordinate the Balance Sheet following the Company's business strategy and comply with laws and internal regulations, balance between efficiency and risk management- Manage Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP): build and apply FTP to departments within the Company, use FTP to coordinate the Balance Sheet according to business strategy- Analyze and propose ideas to improve the efficiency of the Balance Sheet business to the Board of Directors- Consolidate and review the Company's business plan and submit to the Board of Directors2. Financial management tasks- Build templates and perform financial management reports on balance sheets, products, sales channels,... as required by the Board of Directors- Analyze and evaluate the stock market and competitors from a financial perspective, and report to the Board of Directors3. Other tasks as required

Responsibilities:1. Build and update accounting policies: ensure compliance with accounting standards and related regulations, consistent with accounting operations at the Company2. Perform Compliance Report- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations- Coordinate with independent auditors to audit/review financial statement- Work with other auditors, inspectors, and tax authorities about the Company's financial situation3. Financial management tasks- Build templates and perform financial management reports on balance sheets, products, sales channels,... as required by the Board of Directors- Analyze and evaluate the stock market and competitors from a financial perspective, and report to the Board of Directors- Monitor and control the Balance Sheet, ensuring financial ratios and indicators compliance according to legal regulations and internal regulations4. Other tasks as required

• Perform auditing for clients in the financial sector as banks, security companies, fund management companies, funds, fintech companies;• Perform financial analysis, business analysis of the clients;• Facilitate effective communication between team members, executive levels and client personnel; build positive relationships with EY and client personnel with integrity and authenticity;

I was in Project department performing the ERP system (Oracle EBS) to the partners, specializing financial field.

I manage all club’s activities including: human resources, soft skills classes’ operation, marketing,finance,…I am responsible for organizing all events of club (marketing events, charity events, …)

I was a member of Communication Department at GAIC. I am responsible for financial plans ofthe communication strategies for the partners, which were preformed by us. Not only did this planssatisfy the financial requirement of the partners but also produce the desired effect.
