Working with an AI startup, I have been responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope; coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations; identifying and removing blockers; organizing and activating team members to execute on collective objectives.

Flux is building a social toolkit for the new internet. Our goal is to enable individuals and communities to self-organize with greater privacy, freedom, collaboration, and flexibility. Flux is powered by an emerging decentralized protocol called Holochain, as well as an agent-centric meta-ontology called AD4M.I've supported this project in various capacities:· Scrum master· Project-manager· Team culture and organizational development· Strategy and product development

Junto transitioned from its alpha social media project to Flux Social in May 2021 as the P2P technology that the project intended to build on was mature enough to begin using.

I project managed the launch of the Alliance for Self-Directed Education. I worked closely with the organizing team to create working groups, manage workflow, and see that the vision for the organization was strategically and effectively implemented. I facilitated the implementation of agile tools and practices and group alignment towards mutual goals.

As Director for the Agile Learning Center in NYC, my role included: · Facilitate tours, visits, and the admissions process for new students· Handle communications and administrative tasks with the State DOE and other third parties· Communicate on behalf of the ALC with parents, visitors, and other interested parties· Coordinate and collaborate with our Agile Learning Facilitators (staff) and other active contributors· Create and disseminate promotional materials for events, workshops, and other ALC news · Invent and evolve culture hacking tools and practices to create and shift the ALC's culture· Catalyze cultural norms by embodying autonomy, respect, humility, intention/reflection, and collaboration
