Customers size varies from large corporations to small family businesses.Field service coordinators responsibility includes the following areas:- Conduct initial planning and scheduling of FS jobs/projects.- Estimate FS activities, in terms of future revenues, margins, risks, resource demand.- Monitoring estimations and deviations between actual and estimate.- Purchasing of materials and services internally and externally.- Comply with safety procedures of travelling personnel, tools and machines to insure safety, accuracy and quality of all services provided.- Acting as a foreman for travelling field service engineers.- Invoicing of the works.- Monitor field service KPI’s such as Work In Process (WIP), Time To Invoice (TTI), Revenues, Margins. - Support the development of necessary field service competencies to meet market demands and trends.- Cooperate with FS managers, resource coordinators and other FS coordinators within Europe in order to ensure the right and sufficient resources for every service work.- Develop and implement the field service processes related to invoicing and to the customer follow up, according to the business growth and services strategy.
