I'm working as a Director, at PwC Deals. Our Delivering Deal Value team helps clients with their M&A integrations, carve-outs and restructurings. More than just managing and planning operational integrations, we focus heavily on synergy capture and value creation.Prior to moving to PwC, I was working as a Team Lead and Business Lead at OP Corporate Bank, where I had the privilege of building a highly capable team of driven credit analysts. Our team was responsible for credit ratings for internal purposes, industry reviews and supporting our clients with their strategic investment decisions. During my time at OP I had a chance to cover numerous M&A deals, LBO’s and distressed restructurings.I enjoy financial modelling and analysing strategy, but what really drives me is understanding and improving organisational performance. Achievements give me satisfaction and my passion is to excel in everything I do. You will find me as a hands-on ’Let’s do this’ -type of a character, but after a while you realize the theoretical reasoning underlying my enthusiasm. I like to turn impossible obstacles into intriguing challenges and I get my kicks watching this motivation spread around me.I have a Master’s degree from LUT School of business. I majored in Finance and my minors were Economics and Accounting.
