During my time working abroad in the United States one of the most exclusive country clubs I have learned how important team-building could be while you are working in a multicultural team. I improved my customer service skills and I learned quickly resolve issues prior to escalation. Having an opportunity to work in one of the highest class country clubs taught me how to listen and understand customer's needs and fulfill them in the best way possible.

When 7Fridays bar was reopened in a new location in Vilnius I had an opportunity to join a team and help to reopen and manage all the operations. I was responsible for hiring new employees, schedules, equipment, food, and beverage orders, invoices, and documentation. Aswell I was responsible for social media managing and finding the right artists to entertain bar customers.

Excellent service by 4-star hotel requirements, food and drinks knowledge, assisting restaurant manager, dealing with reservations, preparing restaurant and staff for events, training new employees, and providing weekly training for all staff members.

Performing ceremonial guard duties at the Ministry of Defense, President palace, Lithuanian parliament, and other public places. Representing the Lithuanian military out of the country and fulfilling all obligations in the best manner possible.
