Experienced graphic designer and typographer specialized in book design and fine book typography.Through careful and persistent work I acquired a wide knowledge and practical experience of book design and production.Having extensive understanding of all phases of book/product/media design – from conception and design development, through layouting, finalizing, prepress production and communication with printers – I successfully rendered or helped to achieve both classical and modern designs in a timely manner.The projects came with variety of complexity levels: from simple ones to bilingual typesetting including mixing latin, greek and hebrew type.As a self-taught designer I have always striven to acquire new and expand my existing knowledge. That way I have not only gained skills of graphic design scope, but also at various levels became proficient in other tools and concepts such as web design and database design.My skills include PHP, MySQL, CSS and HTML. I have designed several websites and coded simple content management system for my old portfolio web-site.
