Responsible for re-platforming initiative within Fortenova Group with the goal of migrating 9 webshops to Spryker Cloud OS E-Commerce. Achievements and responsibilities:▫ WMS & TMS Implementation, integration, custom development and maintenance in Konzum warehouses, VELPRO whole sale stores and in other retail and whole sale companies within Agrokor Group in region▫Managing and coordinating internal developer teams and external vendors▫ Analysing, optimising and improving logistic processes by implementing solutions like:▫ Automatic receiving and allocation for xDock warehouses - by implementing new process and series of technical solutions, xDock warehouses throughput improved by approx. 20% enablinglogistics to improve efficiency▫ Product Information Management (PIM) – implemented solution for collecting and centrally storing / managing all product master data thus eliminating propagation of incorrect product master data to master systems which had positive impact on all operations within warehouses as they heavily depend on correct product master data for operations like: receiving, picking, allocation, replenishment and also transport planning▫ Transport Units Estimation – implemented algorithms within WMS systems to calculate transport units based on the submitted orders and warehouses stock levels, so that transport planning could be performed in advance i.e. allowed more efficient organisation of transport fleet, better usage of truck floor space and reduced the number of trips for deliveries from warehouses to stores.▫ System for tracking transport units – high value assets like ISO containers and roll cages were often „lost“ and whereabouts were unknown, by installing antennas in all warehouses and applying RFIDs on the transport units overall loss was reduced by 95%▫KPI real time tracking – implemented real time KPI tracking system allowing logistics to track and understand the performance in real time across all Konzum warehouses and VELPRO whole sale stores which helped identifying potential bottlenecks, underperforming employees and mitigate the negative impact on time

Achievements and responsibilities:▫ Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications needed to developenterprise applications primarily for improving logistic and supply chain processes.▫ Enterprise web application development, some of which include:▫ Reporting portal – used for accessing and generating documents and reports serving over300 reports in all Konzum and VELPRO warehouses supporting logistic operations▫ Returns from Stores to warehouses – application developed to standardize the process ofreturns from stores to warehouses (used in approx. 800 stores) enabling the company to have streamlined process and transparency in all the steps. Improved efficiency and reduced the head count.▫ Application for IT asset management – Used to track the lifecycle of IT assets, implemented new process for item manipulation (changing the location, receiving, write-offs, etc.). Application allowed company to significantly reduce unknown whereabouts of assets and introduced transparency in overall process (tracking approx. 80 000 items)▫ Application for mass notifications – used for sending SMS messages to store managers (over 800 stores) mostly for recalls and when critical information had to be broadcasted quickly▫ Technical support
