Driving internal organizational changes by implementing latest technology and introducing innovation in banking is my main responsibility and mission. My main responsibility is managing largest banking accounts in Oman. Implementation of technology in order to improve business processes is my primary goal. To ensure an added value to every business, I insist on delivering a variety of solutions tailored to meet clients’ needs, with clear implementation. My main responsibility is to improve and change all processes to provide best experience to customer, reengineer and integrate all external and internal processes, renew IT platform and develop new business opportunities. Some of this changes/projects were done in all European iStyle branches (10 countries). Improvement included cross process changes, which consists of retail, logistics, marketing, BTB presales and sales, service and e-commerce. As a business development manager, my main focus was expansion of company's market share. By analysing customers' needs and identifying their business pain points, I suggested solutions to provide improvement by using technology while focusing on added value.

As a CEO, my role was to determine new strategic goals along with reengineering of business process and controlling mechanisms. In just one year ‘s time, we’ve created few new products, gained bigger market share, won some projects on regional market, dramatically improved service quality and increased revenues for more than 75%. Company's mission was to implement ICT solutions with the highest business value for customers. At the time, KING ICT started cooperation with IBM and my role was to build team, establish and review processes and prepare company for alliance with IBM. My main activities were widely spread - from pre-sales through creation of architecture and topology for integration projects, to managing project and implementation teams. Company's main focus was to build flexible and cutting edge software that could provide secure, high-performance and modular framework for banking products. Along with evaluating technology for future operations and defining development process, my role included developing the team, design and implementation of banking application framework. Further, my team was brainstorming hub and execution department for internal projects like introduction of support systems such as CRM, Change Management System and implementation of IBM tools and products into development process and framework. Vestigo was a promising start-up when I joined the team. Company's mission was to be the leading IT company in banking and card management systems. My main responsibilities within this mission was to implement content management system and to develop entertainment content.
