Product Owner

Managing and leading projects/programs of projects with goal to improve customer support both in remote (customer service) and field aspect.

Leading a group of 13 employees responsible for customer experience and support services design and implementation. Major tasks performed daily are alignment with marketing on launch of new products and services, coordination within customer experience and support departments, alignment of work processes within company in order to ensure better customer experience on the market.

Managing team of 13 - 15 employees with responsibility to ensure customer service support processes and applicative support. Calculating and planning of needed budget, resource allocation, optimising existing processes in order to achieve better customer and employee satisfaction, more productive operational excellence and open room for more sales opportunities.

Major reponsibilities on this job position were ensuring implementation of marketing plan timely and optimised within available resources (CAPEX and OPEX). Managing a team up to 5 employees with task to align marketing proposition specification and implementation E2E across the company.

Responsible for crossfunctional coordination of E2E implementation of new products and services, ensuring timely launch, performance within allocated budget, quality of product and processes after launch.
