Teaches commercial and company law related subjects at the integrated undergraduate and graduate programme in law and at the postgraduate doctoral study programme in legal sciences of the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb. Also teaches at undergraduate programme at the Study Centre for Public Administration and Public Finance. He is an author and co-author of over 25 professional and scientific papers (full list below) and collaborated as a scientific associate on several scientific projects over the years. He was or is an editorial board member in several scientific periodicals.
