• Active management of collection process for corporate secured NPL portfolios in jurisdiction with aim of maximizing the impact of collection and minimizing costs; • Analysis of collection options and the prospects of each option in order to develop a billing plan for each case; • Proposing billing/restructuring strategies and models; • Conducting restructuring and collection procedures; • Monitoring of enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings; monitoring and participation in pre-bankruptcy settlement proceedings; • Coordination of activities and active cooperation with all participants in the billing process - internally with legal advisers in the team and externally with external associates and co investors; • Finding solutions for prelegal collection of secured receivables and undertaking activities for their realization; • Preparation and presentation of all regular and extraordinary reports on the billing procedure status; regular meetings with debtors and collateral field visits, • Monitoring of the debtor's financial indicators, the dynamics of repayment and the movement of the collateral's market value; • Responsibility for the implementation of the billing plan and results in the area of competence; • Responsibility for the accuracy of reports and analyses within the scope of work; careful and transparent archiving of the documentation; cooperation with other organizational units and the Group.

• Daily booking of incoming invoices and issuing sale invoices according to current regulations and requirements of the company.• Booking and calculation of certain expenses and revenues, reconciliation with suppliers and buyers. • Posting of bank statements in domestic and foreign currency on daily basis. • Paying to suppliers and providing all the necessary payment information. • Checking and posting travel orders for the company and performing payment transactions. • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings and assist with other accounting projects. • Carrying out other administrative and accounting jobs by order of direct superior.
