My focus is on helping People & Culture Leaders in GreenTech evolve their roles and add more strategic value by building developmental capabilities and cultures that attract, engage, and retain talent while driving innovation and agile performance. The field of Green Tech is working hard to create a healthier and more sustainable world. However, arguably, technology alone won't solve all of our problems. We also need to develop strategic human capabilities and cultures that allow us to design, develop, and use our technology wisely. People & Culture Leaders working within Green Tech companies have a critical role to play in this developmental process. I've been working in the Talent Development space since 2009 as a teacher, curriculum developer, learning experience designer, learning strategist, facilitator and coach. In this time, I've supported many different organizations including Global Fortune 500 companies, fast-growth Inc 5000 startups, ivy-league universities, leading non-profits and pioneering educational institutions. My unique background includes working in the field of Regenerative Design and Development with leaders in this space such as Gaia University, Carol Sanford Institute and Regenesis Institute. I integrate specific principles and developmental technologies from this background that are known to few People & Culture leaders.
