Working in newbuilding projects, my responsibilities as a technical team leader are electrical and automation systems, which includes: - machine electricity- automation- navigation- safety systems and- external communication systems.Technical team leader represents the machinery design department in the project organization by being responsible for the technical definition of the ship's machinery design, the implementation according to the ship's specification and meeting the technical and authorities/classification agency requirements that guide the design.Technical Team Leader acts as the primary responsible person in shipping company, class and authority relations. In the project organization technical team leader reports to the technical manager. The influence of decision-making extends to the design and acquisition costs of the systems, the functionality of the systems, and the production, installation, and commissioning costs. In the project technical team leader is responsible for the process-oriented operation of the design and the control of the design resources, as well as the productive and appropriate use, together with the machinery department Head of Group.

In Deltamarin I focused on electric distribution and in SRtP (Safety Return to Port), which ensures all vessels may have possibility to find their way safely in nearest harbour if some kind of casualty happens in their route.

I worked as Mechanical designer engineer trainee at ABB special transformers factory. I was part of the Internal assembly design team. My main tasks were to draw and model special transformers' cleats and leads assembly. I also assisted the production when needed. Before transformers final assembly I made quality surveillance to ensure transformers were assembled properly. In my work, I used Microsoft Office, different kind of ABB design tools and PTC Creo PROEngineer on a daily basis.

TEK (Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland) is a professional and labor market organization, which represents highly educated professionals with a university degree in engineering or natural sciences.My main tasks as a student liaison at TEK was student recruitment planning and implementation, arranging TEK student events, representations in important events within the Student Union and other student organizations in University of Vaasa. I also liaison with key interest groups.
