I have more than 20 successful years of experince in the fields of strategic IT management, digital & business technology and more years in aftersales and technical services. I have experience working across the executive boards, both vehicle import and car dealer operations and other industries. I have also been working internationally with manufacturers, importer and other partnerships.My focus is how to cope with changing consumer behavior, new market demands, and developing new holistic business processes and revenue models for car sales and mobility services. Co-operation with vehicle importers and multi-channel media companies is essential when building supply chain from market places to consumers. Digital Transformation require new skills, different talent, and organizational change, where I am going to build those blocks to build relevant and highly personalized consumer experiences.I believe in lifelong learning and final executive MBA studies are strengthening my communication and leadership skills. New technology and customer-oriented services are giving rise to digitalization requiring ability to respond to continuous change with design thinking and co-creational business development. I look forward to see autonomous cars, data in mobility, and new traffic systems building sustainable new transportation ecosystems that prosper.
