I consulted to Redbubble in a leadership mentoring/coaching role, comprising two main parts. This is the first step along a path to resilient infrastructure (self-healing, etc.).Browse & EngageImproved the front end of the site, including its browsability & engagement, for which we had significant revenue increases. Rolled out a new brand; updating our front-end toolkits, frameworks & development practices in the process.RB works in cross functional teams, making heavy use of lean principles, A/B & multi-variant testing, and in this we work closely with our in-house data science experts.
