I am a tech executive with over 20 years of experience in building and running R&D organizations. I've helped companies grow from seed stage through scale-up and PE ownership. Throughout my career I have built highly-productive teams by focusing on people first - talent evaluation, recruiting, employee development, and retention.My journey has taken me across businesses of many sizes (primarily in B2B SaaS).
