About Tom Janssen

Strategist and senior manager with a passion for branding, marketing, communication and design. My mission is to take brands to the next level, generate measurable impact and help teams grow. I have 20+ years of experience at both agencies and brands. Colleagues know me as a creative strategist, critical thinker and agile problem solver.I believe that strong brands are a leading and connecting force for organizations. This requires brand managers to play a central role in connecting (at least) marketing, communications, corporate responsibility, HR and customer-facing departments. Next to my job, I give guest lectures (for example at Nima and Erasmus University) and I gain inspiration as a jury member at the Effie Awards and SAN Accenten.
