Through powerful, entertaining, and insightful presentations, workshops, and keynotes, I inspire individuals to unleash their personal greatness and live their best life possible by maintaining balance, focus, and clarity in the midst of personal and professional challenges and transforming these challenges into empowering strategies for living fully. “When the tide rises, all ships rise with it.”I also lead businesses and organizations in the creation and sustainability of a positive and supportive culture through the development of essential skills. These skills include, but are not limited to, teamwork, communication, acknowledgment and accountability, and the enhancement of the general work experience, as well as celebrating and embracing diversity in the workplace. “From one to thousands. Serving individuals, groups, and large companies and organizations.” I share over 20 years experience as a practitioner and study of human behavior across a variety of settings, including businesses, human service agencies, school districts, academic institutions, treatment centers, and special programs. I understand the personal and professional challenge of maintaining balance during adversity and the great influence our work culture has on our productivity and overall well-being. Since 2004, I have facilitated empowering and fun presentations to a wide range of audiences, including private companies, chambers of commerce, community organizations and fundraisers, mental health and community agencies, family, parent and youth leadership organizations, educational associations and school districts, professional conferences, and colleges and universities.During my presentations, I share an original framework I developed as a means to empower and educate myself during some of the most challenging times of my life. This framework continues to evolve, as I remain an eager student of life. Through this process, I learned how to be at my best amidst the turbulent seasons of life and how to draw lessons from hardship and come out stronger for having experienced them. I bring these moments into my message with humor and relatability and look forward to sharing them with you!
