I've been in the Post-Secondary Education IT field for over 18 years. I started in Deskside/Helpdesk support, moved on to Client Compute Infrastructure Team Lead where I lead a team managing SCCM, Jamf Pro, BeyondTrust Remote Support, and various other Client Infrastructure services campus wide. I've created amazing relationships both inside and outside of IT on campus. Over the years, I've come to realize that communication is paramount to everything we do. Technology and the processes that come with it (as it changes over time) can be learned and taught, but creating those inter-personal relationships through communication makes everything worth it.
