I am a experienced business adviser and finance & taxation professional working with clients across the UK through my business, Eildon Management & Finance, I am a Chartered Accountant, fellow (FCA) of the ICAEW. Eildon Finance provides boutique accountancy and taxation services to business owner-managers using a long-term partnership philosophy that delivers advice beyond the scope of a typical accountant relationship.Eildon Finance is a 'Xero' Cloud Accounting Partner & specialist.Eildon Management, provides independent non-executive and business advisory services for growth businesses.I spent the early part of my career in every aspect of the computer industry – hardware, software and services, holding CEO and senior director positions in Finance, Sales & Marketing and Operations with companies such as Commodore, Unisys and Adobe Systems.I was Director and Shareholder at McQueen International, a business process outsourcing (BPO) services group, where I designed and built international multi-lingual call centres and other services to add to McQueen’s core logistics capabilities, growing the business from a $20m indigenous Scottish company to a $120m global business in 4 years. Together with my fellow shareholders we sold the McQueen Group to Sykes Enterprises Inc. Since then, I have held a number of executive and non-executive positions in IT and other sectors, including Financial Services (Finance & Leasing), Transport & Tourism. I have extensive experience in accessible tourism and am a former member of the Scottish Borders Tourism Partnership (“SBTP”) and the Accessible Tourism Group established by the Scottish Government.
