• Responsible for design activities relating to production test and electromagnetic compliance of computer mainframe servers.• Maximize production test coverage through component selection, schematic design, PCB layout conform, and design for test (DFT) practices.• Ensure electromagnetic compliance (EMI/EMC) through detailed design reviews of component selection, signal routing, chassis mechanicals, and cable design.• Increase product yield through effective use of in-circuit test (ICT), automated optical inspection (AOI), automated X-ray inspection (AXI), flying probe test, boundary-scan test (JTAG), built-in self test (BIST), and advanced functional test.• FCC and EU standards testing and debug for radiated emissions, conducted emissions and electrostatic discharge (ESD).• Primary contact for board and system assembly. Support production factory through troubleshooting, defect root cause analysis, and process improvements.
