Board Level Strategy Adviser to JEI Management. The Journal of Emerging Investigators (JEI) is a non-profit organization started by several Harvard graduate students. JEI is an online, peer-reviewed, scientific journal that publishes the research performed and submitted by middle and high school students. This is a great forum for young scientists to receive feedback about their research and learn about the world of scientific writing and publishing.

Mustang (E1-E6/O1E-O3E). Commissioned officer with increasing levels of responsibilities throughout career. Strategically led specialized groups of subject matter experts within their respective disciplines within the combat arms, Responsible for organizational structure, professional development and advancement; formal feedback, guidance and training of upward of 150+ personnel that included direct-report managers and area/division heads.

I independently managed the state of Vermont for the Neuroscience Division of Pfizer. Responsible for the commercial success of Pfizer’s Neuroscience product portfolio for Vermont. Through strategic management, I successfully navigated and excelled in one of the most challenging regulatory and access environments in the nation. Remit included 10 major hospital accounts, 11 Community Mental Health centers and hundreds of private practices. I fostered new partnerships with Marketing that included the implementation of a New closed Loop Marketing feedback platform (CLM) that allowed for dynamic flexibility and dramatically improved customer-centricity. I worked closely with Governmental Affairs to mitigate access issues and enhance our operating environment, accelerating consistent revenue growth YoY.

I was responsible for the commercial promotion and positioning of Pfizer's primary care portfolio. This included Caduet , Celebrex, Chantix, Detrol-LA, Exubera, Lipitor, Lyrica, Norvasc, Pristiq, Toviaz, Viagra, Z-Max. Multiple award winner, including "#1 Rookie of the Year" and quarterly, and yearly sales attainment awards. Was recognized and Ranked #1 among contemporaries for exceptional performance in our Advanced Sales/Territory Management Evaluation ("Phase-6"). Formed & managed our Journal Club (Peer led Training) for Advancing Scientific and Technical Knowledge, with an already advanced sales team, resulting in greater revenue from enhanced medical discussions. Was promoted during a period of sales force contraction.
