For Here, LECTRIC Group, worked on a strategic guide and prototype to improve Here's conversion on webshops during a 6-month internship.The Strategic guide is a step-by-step program on how to how-to improve user experience and increase conversion. It includes our research and findings on traffic optimization, content strategies, interaction & usability improvements, and how to apply emotional design to create user engagement. The findings were eventually translated into a guide, together with a framework built on Magento to support the technical side of the solutions.

As the Communication and Media specialist I was part of a team with other European members. Together with an engineer from Finland, an industrial designer from Spain and a food processing specialist from France we investigated the energy usage of the production lines. The objective was to find any energy saving solutions. We delivered energy saving solutions through process optimization, waste reduction and new process line techniques.
