Hence that the demand for such services are increasing steadily. In 2013 I was asked to device a business plan to tap into this growing market. Upon delivery of the plan I was then asked to build an organisation and implement it.The plan envisaged to focus on delivering the highest quality in materials and a swift uncomplicated service delivery where most repairs would be completed directly with 30 minutes.Furthermore, the plan encompassed establishing strategically strong service locations and partnerships.To quickly enhance brand awareness and marker reach, with limited resources, the first partnership was with Jernhusen Fastigheter AB in order to set up Repairstore at the central stations in Stockholm and Gothenburg.The quest for growth continues while our fantastic team of engaged technicians and customer service agents is daily servicing a wide range of small and large companies ranging from local businesses to large national accounts such as Peab, Sandvik and HiQ as well as entities with schools, hospitals and other public administrations.
