Directed the daily operations of the Four Seasons Hotel as well as the Food & Beverage operations at the Golf Clubhouse at Pelican Hill. The Food & Beverage Division consisted of seven Food & Beverage profit centers, three Ballrooms and 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting and function space. Managed the Spa construction as well as extensive hotel public area renovations, including front drive upgrades, landscaping renovations, lobby renovation and guest room corridor renovations.

Directed hotel operations and maintenance of the property in a union environment. The hotel also manages the Four Seasons Regent Residences Jakarta, an award winning residential complex with 300 serviced apartments. Managed seven Food & Beverage outlets and 18,000 sq. ft. of meeting and function rooms. Supervised the opening of ‘Lai Ching’, a Cantonese Restaurant, starting from the initial restaurant concept to the interior design as well as launching, promoting and introducing the restaurant to the local market. Directed the Construction and Renovation Management Team after severe floods caused the property to shut its doors in February 2002. The hotel went through an extensive renovation of all basement and ballroom levels.

Member of the take-over team for The Audley Group, now The Dorchester Collection, of this resort property. Re-branding of the property and implementation of corporate standards, training of over 800 employees.
