Using OpenText Documentum xCP, StarLIMS and Qlik Sense visualization, designed and implemented an enterprise-wide Case Management System for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) to consolidate its historic and ongoing data and documents into a single system.- Lead the case and data architecture design for case structures, electronic file content types and data objects as well as the role based xCP UI functionality including type-based security and access constraints.- Following an Agile Scrum methodology using Confluence and JIRA, lead a geographically distributed team of senior architects and developers to: --> Design, Install and Configure Documentum xCP 7.2, StarLIMS 11.3, and Qlik infrastructure in the AWS Gov Cloud including a two-way CAP into existing government networks. --> Develop a Documentum xCP based case management user interface --> Integrate via REST services, process event based sharing of data between Documentum and StarLIMS. --> Ingest, deduplicate and classify into file types, 30+ TB of electronic files. --> Ingest and repurpose historic data into multi dimensional case structures in the Documentum repository.
