    We founded AppMesh to build a personal CRM system.I worked in the initial idea of AppMesh, tested the ability to work in a mesh network over non-wifi, wrote the specs for the product behavior, screened all the dev and QA in the hiring process, built the prototype for bluetooth dial/sync, but mostly got into the sales professional user's heads, and tried to design a product that they could use seamlessly to accelerate their work, and keep it personal until they decided to share their data with their boss, company or colleagues. I wrote specifications, worked with the designers and developers to create a product that was addicting but could be developed quickly, and then looked at the usage metrics to tune the product in successive releases.I also ran ops on AWS, and designed and built the data warehouse to examine user activity, screen flow, and data storage metrics for each user.

In developing this, we went from 3 releases a year to a continuously releasable codeline, and were shipping every week with updates and new features.In 2011, I managed both a team working on enlarging the data volumes that can be used in reporting, and expanding report builder to include reporting on multiple objects and automatically join them together, and calculate across them.In 2012, I was working on scalability and performance enhancements to the salesforce.com reporting infrastructure.
