I am an astute and experienced Fraud Investigator with over 6 years of anti-fraud working experience. I have experience in both the banking and insurance industries. For the last four years I have averaged $3MM to $3.5MM in potential fraud losses due to the timely completion of various fraud investigations. I am solely responsible for the creation for additional cyber-security initiatives and a payment verification system. Using available 3rd party data on suspected IP address, SSN, DOB, names and address and banking information; I was able to create, with the company IT partners, a fuzzy match system to cross reference suspected miscreants against all out going payments to the company's clients to weed out any potential misdirected payments.In addition I was able to work with IT partners to create a Master Fraud file to take in data files from 3rd party security vendors on suspected IP address. Using these tables I was able to facilitate the uses of these table to monitor web traffic for both consumer and producer websites. This resulted in investigation hits based on company policyholder login into the website under these IP address. These logins were flagged and investigated to ensure there were no improper login web activity.Worked with company SIU (special investigation unit) to detect and refer any suspected elder abuse to local Adult Protective Services.
