I manage a team of 6 recruiters in full service contract and permanent recruiting. I also act in an operations capacity by consulting with other executives on the planning, development and execution of corporate strategy, policies and procedures.

I helped grow the company from a single 800 sq. ft location, selling high end imported antique furniture, to a three store company with a national wholesale business. I managed the company's top performing store and helped develop a proprietary line of reproduction furniture we distributed throughout the US.

With no previous sales experience or knowledge of high-end vintage wristwatches or jewelry, I was hired as a Jr. Sales Associate. Within 18 months I was promoted to store manager. I was responsible for meeting my sales quota while training and supervising other sales people, performing opening and closing procedures in a high security environment, daily cash procudures and supervising the repair division.
