Principal Product Manager/Domain Owner - Accounts
- Propose and achieve buy-in for solutions across the account product/experience portfolio, including account creation, sign-in, password reset, caregiving, and upgrades, to minimize customer friction, reduce call center.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for Account and Identity product experiences, collaborating with product leads, design, and engineering teams to drive alignment and deliver seamless.
- Define and lead the roadmap for the “one account” epic, streamlining account onboarding and improving user engagement and satisfaction.
- Leverage data analytics with Quantum Metric to identify optimization opportunities, resulting in millions in incremental revenue through enhanced product features and user experience improvements.
