My working life commenced in 1980. My first job back in the Eighties was selling Retail Computer Systems, integrated Front and Back Office Solutions with industry specific application software. I was gifted the basics in sales; I knocked on doors, learned to swallow rejection, learned to listen with empathy, demonstrate value, to ask for the sale and work the close. I have also owned 3 food businesses over a ten year period.
