I work with individuals (as a coach), groups (to develop teams) and organisations (to enhance performance and foster innovation). I've also worked with a number of HE institutions in Southern Africa (Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe) on an Academic Leaders Programme (ALP) through the Southern Africa Consortium for Research Excellence (SACORE) (www.sacore.org).Most recently developed a new area of practice focussed on Leadership Transitions in Universities. My interest in leadership development also started at Surrey where I was very fortunate to meet and work with Professor John Adair, who was at the time on of two Professors of Leadership in the world. His influence was and continues to have been significant.As a family we lived on the campus for 7 years during which time I was Warden of Guildford and Catherdral Courts. Memorable days!

At the time the institution was known as the College of Arts, Science & Technology (CAST). It is now known at the University of Technology in Kingston Jamaica.Many, many memories of surveying field course in Negril, at the time one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
