In this role, I am leading the alliance for Rightpoint and our parent company Genpact with Microsoft. Rightpoint and Genpact have capabilities to help drive value for our clients' investments in Microsoft technologies. I am making sure our teams are aligned so that we can offer the most value not only for what is available now, but also for what is coming.

Lead many successful pursuits with large enterprises resulting in new projects with game-changing impact for new clients. Advanced existing customer relationships from project based to strategic partnerships where we took responsibility for highly visible and valuable transformation programs across multiple service offerings.

Lead the business growth of the Detroit office of Rightpoint. Created new business relationships with large and growing enterprises. Established partnerships with leading technology providers.

Lead Detroit office of global information technology systems integrator. Transformed the business from one that is dependent on one customer in the automotive industry (65% of the business) to one that has a diverse set of clients across multiple sectors. Led pursuits leading to several new wins and new clients.

Started a boutique management consulting firm and took responsibility for business development, client engagement, project delivery and hiring resources to support client needs. Built profitable business and diversified client base. Won the CTO Award from General Motors for leading a strategic initiative to reduce the footprint of unused software that enabled annual cost savings of $2.7 million and was provided as example project to governance bodies to show progress during GM’s bankruptcy. Project became a model for further IT cost savings across the enterprise. Also led the IT project delivery transformation program including oversight of a multi-vendor project team that developed a new project management information system (PMIS) and engagement of teams across the global enterprise to assure consistent delivery and return on investment for tech projects. Components of the system were subsequently leveraged outside of IT for further business improvements.
