• Managed a ten person User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team (consisting of client and BearingPoint resources), to validate data warehouse integrity of a Basel II compliance solution.
• Activities/deliverables included: managing the clients resource and project plan, defining testing scope and objectives and creating test scripts to validate the data using Mercury TestDirector.TD Bank – TSYS.
• Helped convert TD bank’s proprietary VISA systems to the TSYS “TS2” platform, facilitated workshops to map its current-state processes and create the future-state processes required for the conversion.
