After selling Defender and re-branding Virtacore, I stayed on-board and grew the company to be the (non-colocation based) largest managed service provider at the Equinx Ashburn campus. We had a footprint of over 1 Megawatt, including many thousands of physical servers, and 100s of thousands of virtual servers provisioned. Additional data center locations deployed with Equinix in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Jose, and London.Launched vCloud Express with VMware, including developing our own self-service portal layered on top of vCloud Director, and seamlessly deployed across multiple geographies. If you know vCloud Director, you know how complex this could be.Responsible for all things technical, with a distributed team of 40+ awesome individuals.
