He is currently the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Edelman Financial Engines, the largest independent financial advisor in the US with more than 1.3M clients and over $280B in assets.In this role, he oversees the end-to-end delivery of innovative and impactful solutions that help millions of Americans achieve their financial goals. He also leads infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT functions that ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's systems and data.Tom has a proven track record of leading and growing successful fintech businesses, such as Betterment and Upside, and driving transformation and growth at established firms, like Fidelity and Barclays. He earned MA and MBA degrees from Yale University and a BA magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar and University Scholar.
